Up and coming Washington DC artist MalcolmX hit the scene recently with the video for the lead single off of his upcoming project titled Sequester. With a style that is both Tyler, The Creator and Mos Def at once, the video follows the 23-year-old artist as he works his way around a video shoot under the guidance of a heavy East Coast bass beat that leads him throughout the track and one-shot video. Known more for his creations and solo projects (studio art, concert development, clothing manufacturing), his foray into production and music culminate with this debut video in which we find the young artist pondering creative responsibilities and juggling them with keeping his team motivated.
