Night 3 of the Red Bull Thre3style World Finals takes over Reggie’s Rock Club on Thursday 9/27! The nations of Brazil, Poland, Canada, Bolivia and New Zealand will be competing for a spot at the World Finals main event this Saturday at Metro Chicago. Doors open at 9PM, get there early to witness history! The night will also feature a headline set by DJ Z-Trip – award-winning international DJ and godfather of the genre-bending mashup movement. The night will also feature a special set from Red Bull Thre3style World Finals judge and Canada’s favorite DJ – the one they call Skratch Bastid. Red Bull Thre3style is the world’s premier party rock DJ competition. To earn a spot in the World Finals, hundreds of DJs from around the globe competed in regional and national qualifiers. This week, continents will collide as eighteen DJs have descended upon Chicago to stake their claim on the coveted title of World Champion. The Red Bull Thre3style week-long judging panel will include Jazzy Jeff, Cosmo Baker and Skratch Bastid. They will be tasked with evaluating each performer on originality/creativity, track selection, technical skills, stage presence, and audience response.
